Aircraft *1

                        Sections:

1. Minimum altitude of aircraft over city.

2. Acrobatic flights over city.

Section 3-1. Minimum altitude of aircraft over city.

It shall be unlawful for any person in control of any aircraft to fly or cause the same to be flown over the city at an altitude of less than one thousand feet.

Section 3-2. Acrobatic flights over city.

It shall be unlawful for any person in control of any airplane, while the same is being flown over the city, to fly or cause the same to be flown in a manner described by the United States Department of Commerce Civil Aeronautices Administration as acrobatic flight.
